After her husband’s military service ended, Coyeatta Lee and her family made Nassau County, Florida, their home in 2016. Originally from Springfield, Missouri, Coyeatta understands firsthand the challenges of relocation and the desire to find stability and purpose through homeownership. That experience sparked her passion for helping others do the same — with honesty, heart, and expert guidance.
Since joining Iron Valley Real Estate North Florida in 2022 and the Florida–Georgia Connection Team in 2024, Coyeatta has become a trusted Realtor® for millennial, homeschool, and military families throughout Old Nassauville Road, Amelia Concourse, and the surrounding Nassau County area. Although she is licensed solely in Florida, she is proud to work alongside team members licensed in Georgia, ensuring her clients can transition seamlessly between the two states with confidence.
Clients describe Coyeatta as someone who listens, stays calm under pressure, and always gets the job done. She approaches each transaction as a relationship, not just a sale, and her goal is to make every client feel supported, understood, and equipped for success.
When she’s not working with buyers and sellers, Coyeatta is homeschooling her children, volunteering in her community, and enjoying time with family and friends. She loves to cook, paint, dance with her kids, and make every day meaningful. Her faith quietly guides her in how she serves her clients, with patience, kindness, and integrity.
Iron Valley Real Estate North Florida and its agents proudly support the principles of the Fair Housing Act and Equal Opportunity Housing.
